About CAG

The Cardiac Action Group (CAG) was formed as a Guernsey Registered Charity in 1996 to provide rehabilitation for Guernsey cardiac patients recovering from a heart attack or surgery. In 2006 HSSD took over the rehabilitation programme and appointed a specialist cardiac rehabilitation nurse aided by funding acquired by CAG, allowing CAG to become a fundraising registered charity.
